Vårt växthus! / Our greenhouse





Nu kan jag visa lite av det (en hel del!) som har vuxit sen vi började plantera! Numera har vi rädisa, morot, persilja, salladslök, basilika, gräslök, dill, tomat och vattenkrasse i vårt lilla växthus! Det blir många plus i kanten för oss! Det är ju inte bara snyggt att se så mycket grönska, det blir också väldigt uppskattat med ekologiskt odlat. Det är verkligen lyx att själv kunna gå ut och plocka vattenkrasse till smörgåsen en helgmorgon eller dill till middagen. Egenodlad basilika smakar dessutom tusen gånger mer (och bättre) än köpt. Sen ska jag inte ens börja tala om hur mycket god doft myntan sprider...

Now I can show you some (a lot!) of what has grown since we first started out! Nowadays we've got radish, carrot, parsley, spring onions, basil, chives, dill, tomato and watercress in our small greenhouse.
It's not just neat to see so much greenery, it also becomes very appreciated with organically grown vegetables. It really is a luxury being able to go out and pick watercress for a sandwich on a weekend morning. Self farmed basilica tastes a thousand times more (and better) than bought does. And don't even get me started on how good the mint smells.
